What They Do

The Links at Lang Farm is New England’s only 18-hole executive golf course.  They’re located in Essex, Junction, VT and offer PGA instruction, and junior lessons on their course, driving range, and practice facility.  The Links is located minutes from Burlington and Lake Champlain, and adjacent to The Inn at Essex Resort & Spa. They offer attractive Stay and Play packages for people enjoying a VT golf vacation.

What We’re Doing

The Links was one of our first clients, we’ve been working together since 2009.  We did an initial  website audit on their website on the Cybergolf platform, and help them rank for “Vermont Golf” and other competitive state-wide key phrases.   We managed an ongoing SEO campaign in 2009, 2010 with moderate success, but had problems with the lack of flexibility and SEO features in the Cybergolf platform.  In Spring 2011, we launched a brand new website for the Links.  It features a stunning course tour, up-to-the-minute weather forecasts and conditions.  The most exciting feature is a system that allows the Links to send their updates and news across email, facebook, twitter, and their blog, all from a single interface.   2 months after launch, they’ve sold a record number of season memberships, and are ranking at the top of the search engines for “Vermont Golf”.  We continue to manage their online marketing  and are always coming up with creative ways for them to market online.
