The Burlington Bytes WP-Admin Live Chat Support plugin provides live technical support and troubleshooting via a chat module from the WP Admin interface.
When users install the Support Plugin, it will display on the Admin side of the WordPress website, conveniently positioned in the bottom right-hand corner for quick access. When activated, it provides a connection to Burlington Byte’s super amazing technical support team.
Users can submit requests, chat with a live support person, and receive technical assistance all while continuing to work within the WordPress admin side of the website!
Download the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Directory or simply search for the plugin from the Admin panel of your WordPress website. Go to the Plugins tab, click Add New and then search for Burlington Bytes.
It’s always recommended to do a backup of your website before installing a new plugin. Once installed, click activate plugin. Once activated, you should see a red tab in the bottom right-hand corner of your admin panel. This will remain on every page so you can always access it quickly and easily.
If you haven’t done so prior to installing the plugin, you will need to sign up for support. This is very easy to do!
